2. index difference correction: place the instrument on a tripod or calibration table and level it

f1+f4+on/off: start the machine, select "2-axis" (no need to correct 3-axis), the front and back mirrors aim at the same target, press F3 to set zero, and press ent

after adjustment. Remarks: if the index difference cannot be corrected, the reason is: ① the perpendicularity of the horizontal axis (support difference) exceeds the limit; ② Horizontal axis levelness (2C) exceeds the limit; If it is confirmed that there are no problems with these two indicators, the most important part of f1+f2 experimental machine can be developed as spindle +f4+on/off (select RL) → ent. ③ If it still fails, it is necessary to correct the index difference from no compensation: f1+f4+on/off: ① 2-axis ② 1-axis ③ no, first select "③ no" for correction, then select "② 1-axis" for correction, and finally make correction for 2-axis. If the above methods are not available, it is the problem of the compensator. Please send it to the local maintenance department for treatment

the above software problems can generally be solved by initializing the coordinate data of the instrument. If the initialization cannot be solved, the program needs to be reinstalled. Please send it to the local branch for program upgrade

(III) common errors:
