Forms and preventive measures of mine electrical accidents

(I) types and causes of mine electrical injury accidents

1. Electric shock accidents caused by illegal live line operation or no electricity inspection, mistransmission of electricity during operation, touching leakage equipment, cables and other personnel directly contacting live bodies

2. Electric shock accidents caused by lack of electrical knowledge, entering the charged space by mistake or the human body being too close to the high-voltage charged body, resulting in the discharge of the high-voltage charged body

(II) safety regulations

provide more beneficial conditions

1. Underground live maintenance and relocation of electrical equipment, cables and wires are not allowed. Before maintenance or relocation, the power supply must be cut off and the gas must be checked. When the gas concentration in the air flow of the roadway is lower than 1.0%, it can be checked with an electric pen corresponding to the power supply voltage; The conductor can discharge to the ground only after no electricity is detected. This restriction is not applicable to the control equipment with a discharge device installed inside. The locking device of all switches must be able to reliably prevent unauthorized power transmission and unauthorized cover opening operation. The switch handle must be locked when cutting off the power supply, and a warning board with the words "someone works, no power transmission" must be hung. Only the personnel performing this work have the right to remove this board for power transmission

2. The operation of underground electrical equipment shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) non full time personnel or non on duty electrical personnel shall not operate electrical equipment without authorization

(2) when operating the main circuit of high-voltage electrical equipment, the operator must wear insulating gloves, electrical insulating boots or stand on the insulating platform

(3) the operating handle of hand-held electrical equipment and the parts that must be contacted during work must be well insulated when talking about the new material industry of TBEA

(III) preventive measures

1. When inspecting, overhauling, installing and moving electromechanical equipment, live work is prohibited, and the sequence of electricity inspection, discharge and wire sealing (installing short-circuit ground wire) must be followed

2. When engaging in high-voltage electrical operations, there must be more than two people working. When operating high-voltage equipment, one person is responsible for supervision and one person is responsible for operation. The power cut-off and transmission system must be strictly implemented

3. The cables, lighting signal lines and pipelines of the mining face shall be hung neatly according to the provisions of the coal mine safety regulations. The cables in use shall not have chicken claws, sheep tails or exposed joints. Strengthen the protection and inspection of mobile cables for mining equipment to avoid extrusion, impact and blasting collapse. If damage is found, it should be handled in time

4. When constructing at the place where the line is erected or loading and unloading materials from the tramcar, the power shall be cut off first; When the power cannot be cut off, the long handle tools should be held and placed flat, and it is not allowed to touch the wire during operation to prevent electric shock

(IV) precautions when repairing electrical equipment

1. Before electrical maintenance, check and count the tools, instruments, parts and materials that should be brought, and check whether the electric pen is sensitive and reliable

2. During the inspection, maintenance, installation and removal of electromechanical equipment, live work is prohibited, and the sequence of electricity inspection, discharge and wire sealing (installation of short-circuit ground wire) must be followed

3. When engaging in high-voltage electrical operations, there must be more than two people working. When operating high-voltage equipment, one person is responsible for supervision and one person is responsible for operation. The power cut-off and transmission system must be strictly implemented

4. When there are many people working at the same time in the same power supply system and the same control system, we must pay attention to the mutual influence and mutual safety. Where the safety of others is affected by the suspension of the film, the following provisions should be implemented:

(1) one becomes ldquo; Docile rdquo; In many cases, it is not allowed to operate at the same time. When multiple operations need to be carried out on the power-off line, the power-off procedures should be handled separately

(2) when it is necessary to work at the same time, hang the power-off board respectively, and designate a special contact person to contact the progress of each relevant work link. The power can be transmitted only after the work of each link is completed and the personnel are evacuated. It is strictly forbidden to send electricity at an agreed time

5. After the leakage detection relay trips, the tripping cause and fault nature should be found out, and the power can be sent only after it is eliminated in time. It is forbidden to forcibly send power to the power supply system when the leakage detection relay is thrown off

6. All switches that may reverse power transmission must be locked, and the warning sign of caution against reverse power transmission must be hung on the switch. If reverse power transmission is required, reliable safety measures should be taken to prevent electric shock accidents and damage to equipment

(V) precautions when restoring power supply at the operation site using local ventilator

1. The operation site using local ventilator for air supply must implement wind power locking

2. Gas must be checked before ventilation is restored. Only when the gas concentration in the local ventilator and the airflow within 10m near the switch is not more than 0.5%, can the local ventilator be manually started

3. Only when the maximum gas concentration in the air flow of the operation site and within 20m near the installation site of the motor and its switch does not exceed 1.0% and the maximum carbon dioxide concentration does not exceed 1.5%, can the power supply of the electrical equipment at the operation site be restored manually
